Developer Participation Contracts

Developer participation contracts are governed by Texas Local Government Code Section 212.071, et seq.

Example Developer Participation Contracts:

• City of Houston Developer Participation Contract. (It’s a little older…)
• City of Arlington Developer Participation Contract draft with authorizing Ordinance.
• City of San Antonio Developer Participation Contract draft with authorizing Ordinance. From 2007.
• City of Allen Project Development Agreement. This is a more complicated economic development agreement that contains some 212.071 elements.
